Stunning Views but Needs Some TLC!
So we were a group and stayed for 1 night. The location is beautiful, and the views of Kilimanjaro from the pool are just wow! Bird watching was awesome too. But, man, the facilities seemed a bit off—shower flooded and pool was out of order. The bar area vibes were nice, though.

Great airport access but room cleanliness was disappointing with ants on the sheets.

The overall cleanliness is a letdown!!! The pool area was not well-kept with bird droppings, and the outdoor furniture looked shabby and dirty!!! It's time to invest in some maintenance!!!

The warm vibes from the staff really hit the spot, and the proximity to the airport was a game-changer. Plus, the natural grounds were a breath of fresh air—perfect for a chill moment before my next flight!
That being said, I was a bit bummed about the cleanliness. ants on the bedsheets and an old shower head that didn’t quite hold up put a damper on things. Still, the place has potential!

This place was a good match for a speedy visit in Arusha with incredible value for money. The reception staff weren’t too helpful, but I really appreciated the free shuttle service provided. If you need transfers, be sure to confirm them multiple times to avoid issues.

I loved my stay, especially the yummy breakfast boxes they prepared for my early morning flight and the stunning view of Kilimanjaro from the pool area. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing, and the garden area added a nice touch to unwind. There was a slight hiccup with shuttle service, but the staff made it right by covering my taxi fare. 😊

Where it excels and where it fails
The natural grounds were breathtaking, with a delightful view of Kilimanjaro from the pool. Birds serenaded us, creating a serene atmosphere that was enchanting.
Unfortunately, rooms showed signs of neglect with mildew in the showers and limited dining options left us wanting more. Service, though friendly, lacked efficiency at times.

The location? Perfect, just 5 min from the airport! Great for an early flight. Plus, the staff. They were genuinely friendly
Wasn’t exactly cheap though, it was still acceptable.

Rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness.

good location but some improvements needed
The proximity to the airport was a lifesaver for our early flight. The beautiful view of Kilimanjaro from the pool was breathtaking, enhancing our stay significantly. Watching the vibrant local birdlife around the property added a nice touch to our experience, making it feel more connected to nature. Plus, the cleanliness of the pool and room reflected a commendable effort on the staff's part.
Although the location and amenities were pleasant, the overall management seemed focused on profit rather than guest experience.
